How is it worked out whether a subscription pays off? ▾
The monthly cost without a subscription is the kWh charged, split by the AC, DC and HPC shares and multiplied by the network’s typical price. With a subscription it is the monthly fee plus those same kWh at the plan’s price (a plan discount applies to the typical price); classes the plan gives no price for use the standard price, and beyond the plan’s kWh limit the standard price applies again. The break-even point is the smallest number of kWh a month at which the two totals meet.
