What "new" means here
A site appears here when we first see it in the Via Lietuva data feed — which is not necessarily the day it opened. Operators publish sites at different points: usually around commissioning, sometimes weeks later, occasionally before the park is energised. The data carries no opening date, so we do not claim one.
We have been recording since 2026-07-25, so sites already operating on that day are not listed — they did not appear, they were simply in the first data set.
One address, one row: where a network publishes the same car park as several records they are merged, and the earliest date wins. New stalls added to an old site therefore do not make it a new site.
